Federal Department Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for ESA Enforcement

The Department of Commerce is seeking public feedback on a proposed information collection to measure the effectiveness of community-oriented policing for enforcing the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This is part of the department's effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
