Extension of Designation of Burundi Under the Temporary Protected Status Program

The U.S. government has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Burundi for 12 months, from November 3, 1998, to November 2, 2001, allowing eligible nationals to re-register for the program and an extension of their employment authorization.
