U.S. Department of State Proposes Amendments to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for Munitions List Categories IV and XV

The U.S. Department of State is proposing changes to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to clarify and standardize the regulatory text, add items requiring export controls, and remove those no longer subject to controls, as well as introduce new license exemptions.
