Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Issues Airworthiness Directive for Model 47B and 47G Helicopters

The Federal Register has published an amendment to Airworthiness Directive 2000-18-51, requiring recurring inspections of main rotor blade grip threads for cracks and replacing them if damaged, to prevent loss of control of the helicopter.
