Government Performance and Results Act of 1993

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission is notifying interested parties that its draft strategic plan for the fiscal years 2000-2005, is available for public comment. The draft plan, prepared in accordance with the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 ("GPRA"), defines the Commission's goals, specific objectives, time frames and methods for achieving goals at both the trial and appellate level. In developing its goals and objectives under GPRA, the Commission solicits the views of those who practice before it and those who are affected by its case dispositions.
