Avista Corporation Seeks to Expand Electric Energy Export Authority

Avista Corporation, formerly The Washington Water Power Company, has submitted an application to the U.S. government to increase its permission to transmit electric energy from the United States to Canada, in accordance with the Federal Power Act's section 202(e).
