National Park Service, Minnesota and Wisconsin Departments of Natural Resources Delay Decision on Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway Management Plan

The National Park Service, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources have delayed signing a record of decision on the Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway management plan, extending the no action period until January 31, 2001, to allow for further consultation on the project under the Endangered Species Act.
