EPA Proposes Administrative Cost Recovery Agreements for Barceloneta Landfill Superfund Site in Puerto Rico

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed two administrative settlements with Bristol-Myers Barceloneta, Inc. and Nycomed Puerto Rico, Inc. to recover past response costs at the Barceloneta Landfill Superfund Site in Puerto Rico, with payments totaling $225,000 and $125,000 respectively.
