Secretary of Education Requests Comments on Proposed Changes to Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for 2002-2003

The Secretary of Education is seeking public input on proposed changes to the FAFSA form, which will be used to determine students' eligibility and financial need for financial aid under the Higher Education Act of 1965, and on proposed changes to the form itself for the 2002-2003 academic year.
