US Patent and Trademark Office Updates Fee Schedule to Recover Increased Costs

The US Patent and Trademark Office has adopted its 2000 User Fee Update, revising its fee schedule to cover the increased costs associated with government salary hikes and higher publication costs for the Federal Register, effective immediately.
