Federal Benefit Payments Under Certain District of Columbia Retirement Plans Regulations Issued

The US Department of the Treasury has released final regulations to implement a provision of the 1997 Balanced Budget Act, which governs payment of retirement benefits for certain government employees in the District of Columbia, including judges, police and firefighters, and teachers.
