Stratevest Funds, et al. Request for Reorganization of Funds

Stratevest Funds and Forum Funds are requesting permission to reorganize two series of funds into two series of Stratevest Funds. The application was filed on October 10, 2000, and interested parties can request a hearing by December 28, 2000, to be heard by the Commission.
