Union Pacific Railroad Company Granted Exemption to Acquire Texas Mexican Railway Company's Rail Lines
The Surface Transportation Board has granted Texas Mexican Railway Company's petition to acquire rail lines from Union Pacific Railroad Company, subject to employee protective conditions, under the Railway Safety Act of 1970 (49 U.S.C. 10502)
