SEC Approves NASD Rule Change Allowing Director of Arbitration to Remove Arbitrators for Cause

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. that grants the Director of Arbitration the authority to remove arbitrators for cause, effective immediately.
