Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Control Technology Determinations for Constructed and Reconstructed Major Sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document announces that EPA is planning to submit the following proposed and continuing Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): Control technology determinations for constructed and reconstructed major sources of hazardous air pollutants, EPA ICR #1658.02, OMB #2060-0284, expiration date February 28, 2001. Before submitting the ICR to OMB for review and approval, EPA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below.
