FRA Sets Minimum Random Testing Rates for 2001

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has determined that the minimum annual random drug testing rate for covered railroad employees will remain at 25 percent, while the minimum random alcohol testing rate will remain at 10 percent, both for the period January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001.
