EPA Approves Arizona State Implementation Plan Revision for Pinal County Air Quality Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Pinal County, which aims to support general permitting requirements for stationary sources in the area, in accordance with the Clean Air Act of 1990. The proposed approval is considered noncontroversial and will be finalized without a second comment period if no adverse comments are received.
