EPA Guidelines for Awarding Section 319 Grants to Indian Tribes in FY 2001

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released guidelines for awarding Section 319 nonpoint source grants to Indian Tribes in fiscal year 2001, exceeding the statutory cap of 1/3% of the total appropriation. The guidelines assist eligible Tribes in implementing approved nonpoint source assessments and management programs.
