EPA Extends Time-Limited Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions of Pesticides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for pesticides listed in Unit II of the document, following the granting of emergency exemptions under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, in response to the need to establish a time-limited tolerance or exemption for pesticide chemical residues in food resulting from emergency exemptions granted by the EPA.
