Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on the collection of information related to possible non-routine emergency generic problems at nuclear power plants and non-power reactors. The proposed collection, which is required on an occasional basis, is expected to involve 203 respondents, including 103 reactor licensees and 100 materials licensees, and will require approximately 43,260 hours annually to complete.
