Revision of Fee Schedules; 100% Fee Recovery, FY 2000

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is revising its fee schedules to ensure 100% fee recovery for Fiscal Year 2000, as mandated by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (OBRA-90). The revised fees will total approximately $447.0 million, covering the NRC's budget authority for the year.
