Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activities

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requesting public comment on the submission of reports related to radioactive material theft and inventory management. The public is invited to comment on the proposed collection of information, which is required for certain licensees in Agreement States and offshore waters.
