Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requiring individuals who operate nuclear reactors to submit a Personal Qualification Statement--Licensee form, which is expected to generate approximately 1,610 responses annually, requiring around 1,950 hours of completion.
