Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Regulation on Changes, Tests, and Experiments for Nuclear Reactors

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of its October 4, 1999, amendment to its regulation on changes, tests, and experiments for nuclear reactors, and made guidance on implementation available to reactor licensees.
