Federal Acquisition Regulation; Advance Payments for Non-Commercial Items

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule allowing federally insured credit unions to participate in advance payment accounts, expanding access to federal procurement for these financial institutions.
