Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat Requests OMB Review and Extension of Termination Settlement Proposal Forms

The FAR Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and extend the approval of Standard Forms 1435 through 1440, which are used for termination settlement proposal forms, following a public comment period that began in 2001.
