Federal Government Seeks Public Comment on Contractor Qualifications and Financial Information

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is requesting public comments on a proposed rule related to the qualifications and financial information of contractors, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) regulations.
