Brazil Files WTO Dispute Against US Antidumping Methodology

Brazil has requested consultations with the US under the World Trade Organization (WTO) regarding the US Department of Commerce's (DOC) antidumping methodology, alleging it is inconsistent with WTO rules and disallowed under the Antidumping Agreement (ADA). The US Trade Representative's Office (USTR) is seeking public comments on the issue.
