U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Plasma Display Panels and Products Containing Same

The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate allegations that certain plasma display panels and products containing the same infringe on patents held by the University of Illinois and Competitive Technologies, Inc. The investigation seeks to determine if these products pose a threat to the U.S. industry and could result in permanent exclusion orders and cease and desist orders if found to be infringing.
