US Customs Commission Proposes Changes to Harmonized Tariff Schedule

The US Customs Commission has initiated an investigation to modify the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, in response to proposed amendments to the Harmonized System by the World Customs Organization, and in accordance with the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988.
