U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Allegations of Patent Infringement by Certain Companies

The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate allegations of patent infringement by companies importing and selling CMOS active pixel image sensors and products containing these sensors, following a complaint filed by Photobit Corporation and the California Institute of Technology on February 7, 2001.
