Wheat Trading Practices: Competitive Conditions Between U.S. and Canadian Wheat

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) launched an investigation into competitive conditions between U.S. and Canadian wheat trading practices following a request from the U.S. Trade Representative on April 2, 2001.
