Radio Broadcasting Services; Andalusia, AL and Holt, FL - Request for Comments on Channel Reallotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Capstar TX Limited Partnership, the licensee of WTKE(FM), to reassign Channel 251C1 from Andalusia, Alabama to Holt, Florida, where it will serve as the first local aural transmission service, and to modify the station's authorization accordingly.
