FCC Renews and Amends Charter of Network Reliability and Interoperability Council

The Federal Communications Commission has renewed and amended the charter of its advisory committee, the Network Reliability and Interoperability Council, to evaluate the reliability of US public telecommunications network services and make recommendations on future actions, including reviewing the effectiveness of Y2K preparations and improving outage reporting guidelines.
