FCC Affirms Service Rules for 746-764 and 776-794 MHz Bands, Provides Additional Guidance

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reaffirmed previously adopted service rules for commercial use of the 747-762 MHz and 777-792 MHz bands, while also offering additional guidance on the review process for applications seeking to accelerate the transition of incumbent analog television licensees. The FCC is also seeking public comment on potential measures to promote the use of these bands for new commercial services.
