A petition filed by Capstar TX Limited Partnership, licensee of Station WQEN(FM), has been withdrawn, dismissing a proposal to substitute Channel 279C1 with Channel 279C1, reallot Channel 279C to Springville, Alabama, and modify the license accordingly, following the withdrawal of the petitioner's interest.
