The FCC has allocated channels 239C2, 273C2, 289C2, and 265C2 to Mason, Texas, for radio broadcasting services. This decision allows BK Radio, Foxcom, Inc., and Menard to modify their pending applications to specify operation on different channels without losing cut-off protection, as previously approved in a 1999 FCC notice (64 FR 33237, June 22, 1999).
