FCC Mandates Toll-Free Access to Telecommunications Relay Services via 711 Dialing

The Federal Communications Commission requires US telephone service providers to offer toll-free access to TRS via the 711 dialing code, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act's mandate for equal use of the telephone network by people with hearing or speech disabilities.
