Radio Broadcasting Services; Andalusia, AL and Holt, FL - Channel Reallocation

The FCC reallots Channel 251C1 from Andalusia, Alabama to Holt, Florida, where it will serve as the community's first local aural transmission service, and updates the license for Station WTKE(FM) to reflect Holt as its community of license, as per a proposal filed by Capstar TX Limited Partnership.
