FCC Publishes Revised Service Rules for 746-764 and 776-794 MHz Bands

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released updated service rules for the 746-764 and 776-794 MHz bands, which govern the initial assignment of licenses and regulatory treatment of commercial services, effective January 20, 2000
