Radio Broadcasting Services; Woodville and Wells, TX - Request for Comments on Channel Reallotment and License Modification

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a petition by Radio Woodville, Inc. to reassign Channel 234C2 from Woodville, Texas, to Wells, Texas, and update the license for KVLL to reflect Wells as the community of license. The FCC will not consider competing bids for the use of Channel 234C2 at Wells.
