US FCC Denies Barinowski Investment Company's Request to Reallocate Channel 274C3 to Buckhead, GA

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a request by Barinowski Investment Company to substitute Channel 274C3 for Channel 274A in Buckhead, GA, and reassign the channel from Sparta to Buckhead as its first local aural service, due to concerns it would remove the sole local service from a more populous area and negatively impact underserved communities.
