FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for New Drug Approval Process

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on its proposed collection of information for reviewing applications to market new drugs, biologics, and antibiotics for human use, as part of its review process under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
