FDA Announces Submission of Proposed Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on the proposed collection of information related to the adoption of the FDA Food Code by local, state, and tribal governments, which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
