U.S. Imposes Nonproliferation Measures on North Korean Entity

The U.S. government has determined that a North Korean entity has engaged in activities requiring the imposition of nonproliferation measures, including a ban on U.S. government procurement, pursuant to the Iran Nonproliferation Act of 2000.
