Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition Determinations: Eternal Egypt: Masterworks of Ancient Art From the British Museum

The U.S. Department of State published a notice on August 24, 2000, regarding the importation of culturally significant objects for an exhibition at the British Museum, titled Eternal Egypt: Masterworks of Ancient Art. The notice was later corrected to include additional venues, including the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, California Palace of the Legion of Honor, from August 10 to November 3, 2002.
