Bank Holding Companies and Change in Bank Control
The Federal Reserve System and the US Treasury Department jointly propose to seek comment on whether real estate brokerage and management activities can be considered financial in nature or incidental to a financial activity, making them permissible for financial holding companies and national bank subsidiaries.
