Firearms Use Restrictions; Lassen County, CA

Under the authority of 43 CFR 8364.1(a), notice is hereby given that an emergency area closure to the discharge of firearms is in effect on BLM-managed public lands, in Lassen County, described as T.30N., R.12E., Sec: 21, E\1/2\SE, Sec. 22, N\1/2\, SE, W\1/2\SW, Sec. 27, NW, Sec. 28, E\1/2\NE, containing 880.00 acres more or less. The emergency area closure shall remain in effect until the official end of fire season as authorized by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. Exceptions to this are as follows: Federal, State and local law enforcement officers in the performance of their official duties.
