No Environmental Impact Statement to be Prepared for Dry Run Watershed in Maryland

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Soil Conservation Service has issued a notice stating that an environmental impact statement will not be prepared for the Dry Run Watershed in Allegany County, Maryland, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations. This decision was made in accordance with Section 102(2)(c) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (40 CFR part 1500).
