EPA Approves Virginia's Revised Air Quality Plan to Comply with Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted limited approval of Virginia's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to align its new source review (NSR) regulations with the Clean Air Act (CAA) Amendments of 1990, aiming to improve air quality in nonattainment areas.
